BraveHeart provides psychotherapy and mental health counseling services within the scope of professional licensure in the states of New York and California.

Eligibility

Telehealth Services
If you engage in therapy services through this Site, such services may be provided via telehealth and are subject to state licensing laws. By booking a session, you confirm you are located in a state where BraveHeart is licensed to practice (currently NY and CA).
No Therapist-Client Relationship by Use of Site
Use of this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship is only established upon the completion of intake paperwork, informed consent, and mutual agreement to begin services.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All therapeutic services are subject to HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
